Who is Amigos for Christ?

Amigos for Christ is a nonprofit organization working directly with rural communities in Chinandega, Nicaragua.
We are committed to leadership, water, health, education, and economic development.

What does my work actually look like?

I work as the nurse for our Partnerships/Alianzas team! This means that I oversee all aspects related to the health of our mission trip participants.

On the side, I help to coordinate our Medical Brigades and I recently started working with our Long Term Volunteer Program!

Through leadership development, technical trainings, water systems, modern bathrooms, clean air kitchens, micro loans, habit change, scholarships, financial management, and even baseball… we work every day to make Christ more visible.
